1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for MikaMe services. We strive to provide excellent service and fair refund terms.

MikaMe operates on a per-event pricing model where you purchase photo packages for specific events.

2. Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your event has not yet started (status: "scheduled" or "draft")
  • You request the refund before the event goes live
  • No photos have been processed using your event's credits
  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • The event has already started (status: "live")
  • Photos have been processed using your credits
  • The event has ended (status: "ended")
  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase
  • The account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Technical issues prevented full use of the service
  • Significant service degradation during your event
  • Unused credits from a larger package (subject to review)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to barakkadabra@gmail.com
  2. Include your account email and event ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review and respond within 48 business hours

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

  • Service outages or technical failures on our end
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Force majeure events affecting your scheduled event

All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
